Believe Hope Run

I made this card for my sister a few weeks ago. The past couple years she has taken up running... for fun! (I know right... who does that?!) anyway she was about to run her 2nd half marathon and since I couldn't be there to cheer her on I sent her a card... the next best thing! I used Paisley and cut the shoe at 4 inches, the stamps are from MPS, border punch from Martha Stewart, flower from Prima and a glitter brad from somewhere. I am so proud of my big sister and what a great example she is to me ;)

Merry Christmas with Reindeer

Well I think this is the only card I didn't get posted before Christmas that was for Christmas. I used When It's Cold Outside and cut the image at 3-3/4. I used red stickles for the noses and some fun paper from Joann's called the Peppermint Forest stack. The Merry Christmas stamp is from Close To My Heart.

Seasons' Greetings CTMH cards

I still have a few more Christmas cards to share but that wont be until next week as I usually don't post on the weekends. This card was a total lift from my Close To My Heart upline Susan. She sent me this super cute card and I just had to copy it so thank you Susan :) The stamp sets used are A Holiday and Holiday Commentary. Inks are New England Ivy and Cranberry. Accents are Cranberry ribbon and Liquid Glass. Cardstock is New England Ivy, Cranberry and Colonial White. I also used a stapler and some red staples I have had forever! I just have to add a note here that the cranberry's stamped in the corners were really a deep red but once I added the Liquid Glass over the top it lightened them up to the color shown, I didn't love it but I guess it gives it a pop of color.

Merry and Joy Letters -embellished day 4... this is it!

So here are the last of all the letters I have done. I hope you enjoyed seeing different variations of what you can do with the same letters. If you would like to see the other click HERE, HERE or HERE :)
These are a bit different, I didn't have any more cut out letters and someone wanted a set of JOY to match the MERRY above so I made them on wood blocks instead and just used the same paper as I had with the MERRY letters! I used Alphalicious for the letters and cut them at 4 on white cardstock.

Merry Letters- embellished

These are some awesome paper mache letters I found a while back. I got some because I have always had good luck selling them at the craft fair so I thought I would try it again, it proved to be very worth it because when people picked them up they couldn't believe how light they were. All I did was give them 2 coats of white craft paint then I picked out my papers and got to work. I also added some super cute tiny bells with the fun crochet thread I found and made some faux snowflakes by wrapping the thread around my fingers about 8 times then tied it in the middle and snipped the edges. This paper is from Joann's from 2009 called Peppermint Forest.

Reindeer shape card

I made 15 of these little guys as tags for some goodie plates. I cut them from Create A Critter at 3 inches. I did make an actual card on the Gypsy by welding 2 shadows together but I didnt like how they lined up so for this one I cut 2 shadows (1 from green pattern paper and 1 from white cardstock) then I glued just the top of the antlers together so it still opens up. I added googly eyes on a couple but like it better without them and red stickles on his nose. I'm entering this in the My Craft Spot Challenge this week... which is "Christmas Shape Cards"

Merry Christmas with flourish

Another simple card today, this one also turned out to be very classy in my opinion. I used Close To My Heart stamps Holiday Commentary with New England Ivy ink. I also used some flourish stamps I've had for quite a while. I used an extra piece of cardstock to dry emboss in the cuttlebug with the snowflake folder and then I swiped some platinum planet ink over that to give it some shine. I tucked my ribbon around before adhering that piece on. Some clear sparkles finished it off!

More M&M sticks for Christmas

I have been up to my eyeballs in red and green M&M's. I just finished about 220 total the night before last. I used Alphalicious to cut the tag and scalloped shadow at 1-1/4. I used Close To My Heart booking set stamps that are no longer available for my images and stamped with Cranberry and Topiary ink. I finished it off with some cute red and green twine :) clear bags are 1x8 from clearbags.com
This is what 100 looks like all ready to go!

Happy Holidays

Another super easy card to mass produce. I made probably 24 of these and sold nearly everyone at the craft fair. This is all one stamp set from Unity, I won it a couple years ago :). I stamped the branch with New England Ivy and then heat embossed with clear powder. The "happy holidays" was stamped with Holiday Red. The ornament was stamped with New Englad Ivy as well and then also stamped on pattern paper and cut out. I used foam tape to adhere the ornament I cut out of the pattern paper over the stamped image on the card and added a couple of clear sparkles and some Twine :) I also inked the edges with Chocolate. When I finished these I knew something was missing so....
I added some Liquid Applique for snow :)

Ho Ho Ho

Hello everyone! Well I can not for the life of me remember which cartridge this cute Santa is from... I think I have been crafting too much and I usually write down everything and all the sizes and I guess I didn't for this one... if anyone knows please let me know so I can get it in my archives. I think he was cut somewhere around 3-1/2 but like I said I cant find my paper :( I used my Gypsy... hey guess what I saved it in there... looking it up now! :) ah ha it's Simply Charmed ok so I cut the Santa from that cart at 3 inches :) the chimney was cute at the same size. I used the hide contour button and hid his face so I could use some cute Peachy Keen stamps on him and I also used my cuttlebug and the D'Vine Swirls embossing folder on his beard. I added some sparkle fibers to the top of his hat and some course glitter to the top of the chimney. For the "ho ho ho" I used the Alphalicious cartridge and sized that to fit the stamp I was using. I finished it off with some green twine :)
