Monster Party Day 4 - banner

Alright everyone, here is the final project for the monster birthday bash. This banner of monsters were cut from Mini Monsters at 4 inches each. I used the shadow feature as well as the regular feature. The letters are from Cuttin up "holy cow" and are 2-1/2. I used twine fro The Twinery to string it together and added some googly eyes to a couple of the monsters :)
Thanks for hanging out with me this week, I hope you enjoyed my monster themed party!

Monster Party Day 3- tags

These tags were used as a thank you for coming to the party. They were tied to some gumball tubes and passed out at the end of the party along with the treat bags. These were also cut from Mini Monsters at 3. The circle was cut from George at 1-1/2 and then I stamped using a CTMH set and green ink
Be sure to stop back tomorrow for the banner :)

Monster Party Day 1- invite

I had a special request for a monster themed party so this whole week I will show you what I made for this fun birthday. First I started off with the invite, these monsters were cut from Mini Monsters at 3 inches each. We did 4 of them because the birthday boy was turning 4 :) I added the googly eyes for some movement and added interest. I think they turned out super cute. Be sure to check back tomorrow for day 2 which will be the treat boxes... have a great day!

Thirty-One invite

Here is the invite that went along with the favors I posted on Tuesday. I used the Lemon Flower stack from DCWV. The you're invited is from Sweethearts cut at 4. The umbrella and 2 bags are from Forever Young and I didn't write down what size they were cut at probably somewhere around 3-1/2.

Thirty-One party favors

A while back a friend of mine was having a Thirty-one party... you know the one with all the cute bags and accessories?! anyway she asked if I would make some party favors to go along with the theme. First I made these cute bags from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More. They were cut at 4 inches. then we ran them through the cuttlebug with the birds and swirls folder. The tag is from a punch I have then I used a small stamp from Studio J for the number 31 and tied it on with some twine from The Twinery. I wrapped those little Hershey's nuggets in some coordinating paper and each little bag got 3 or 4 :) For the cupcake topper I used Alphalicious and cut the pink scalloped circle at 2 and the yellow circle at 1-3/4. Then using Cricut Classic Font I cut the numbers at 1-1/4. I think everything turned out so fun and cute! Thanks for stopping by :)

Summer blankets

This past summer while I was away I decided since my mom had some quilt frames I should make use of them. This was the first one she helped me tie, it only took us about an hour and turned out super cute. This is my wonderful mom, she was always teaching my sister and I how to do various things as kids. We learned a lot from her and now I am teaching my kids all those great skills and making memories as we go for them to share with their kids someday! thanks mom, I love you!
This is the finished product, when I got home I bought the bias tape and finished the edge.
We made this one as well and my daughter helped us with it, this was her first time tying a quilt and she did really good. She wanted to keep this one but I don't know if I will let her.
We made this one when we got home. My sister came to visit so we put this one on while she was here and tied it up. I finished it off with some pink bias tape.

Miracle Workshop Kit

I know this probably isn't going to be a very fair post since you cant get this paper pack anymore... maybe eBay would have it... anyway I think these cards turned out great and never got a chance to post them. I hope you like them too and if you are interested in this paper pack let me know and I will see if any of my fellow CTMH peeps have an extra :)

CTMH new "Dreamin" WOTG kit

So I decided to sign up for a card swap with my lovely CTMH group and this is the card I made. We all make 8 cards keeping 1 for our self, then we send the other 7 to the "boss" and she sends us 7 different ones back. All made with product from the new Close To My Heart catalog so everything is current. Supplies used for this are-

Ink; Bamboo, Indian Corn Blue, Autumn Terracotta, Chocolate
Paper; Colonial White, Dreamin Workshop on the Go
Stamps; C1473 Remarkable Wreath
Corner Rounder
I flipped the paper around on this one just so you can see that the papers are double sided and the possibilities are endless!
Thanks for stopping by. I hope to be back to more regular posting in the next couple weeks. I have some fun things to show you all :) If you would like to order any of these items click HERE
