This was a super easy card to make. I thought I had seen it on
Pinterest but now I cant find it, I found it
HERE :) if that's where is was... I just used a folk heart punch and punched hearts out of various colors or parchment I hand cut my flags and stamped on them using the
Party Pennants stamp set form Close To my heart. The cloud is from
A Rainbow, stamped on white cardstock and then hand cut. I hope you like today's card!
