I made these for a friend who requested specific colors she wanted for her friend and mother. She loved the small notebooks and thought they would too. All DCWV paper and the oval is from Alphalicious cut at 1-1/4. I printed my sentiment on the computer first and then used the "center point" function to get the oval cut around it, then I cut the scalloped ovals on coordinating cardstock and added a little brad to finish it off. I also unscrewed the pens and rolled up matching paper for the inside of them as well! :)
this is what they look like inside, I added a little matching paper at the top of the note pad before I stuck it on the cardstock :)
