"XOXO" wood project

I made the XOXO a couple weeks ago, I did the LOVE last year and a lady I know was doing these others so I thought I would make just do XOXO to match what I already had. All Pebbles in my Pocket paper, the x's and o's were cut from chipboard first using the multi cut feature at 4 inches with Opposites Attract. Then the pink part was actually from silver fun foam (same as the chipboard) I thought it would be really cool but once I put them on there they didn't stand out enough for me so I just painted over the foam with a pink that I thought matched. Then I added some Stickles and rubbed in around with my finger for some sparkle. I just used glue dots to attach them on the blocks and some black polka dot ribbon for the final touch.

"Hang" in there card

I made a few of these a couple weeks ago, another easy card, I know I say that a lot but honestly I don't have a lot of time and when I do I want to make sure I can make more then 1 card in the time I have. I just picked some cute patterned paper this is from SEI, Aunt Gerti's Garden I have had it forever and have had a hard time using it because I love it so much! The ribbon is from the same line, I used a Martha Stewart Crafts border punch, and some prima flowers and jewels from Heidi Swapp. The actual hanger I hand made from Artistic Wire "by the dozen" another really old product. I traced the words onto a little piece of vellum and inked the edges with grey wool from CTMH. Thanks for stopping by!

Stampin' Up! has finally caught on...

If you can believe it or not Stampin' Up! has finally caught on to the clear stamp block movement. They will be releasing their new line of stamps in January along with the acrylic blocks. They will still be rubber stamps but you will be able to use the clear blocks which will make it easier for positioning the stamps to where you want them on your design. Go check this link HERE for a great video tutorial and some more explanation on the new release coming in JANUARY!

Birthday invite and a cute Paper Backpack!

This was what my darling daughter wanted on for her birthday invites a couple weeks ago. She decided on the snowman from the new Snowfriends cartridge from Provocraft. We cut her all out and then added some sparkle fibers to the top of her hat for fun. She then added hand drawn snowflakes all by herself. This was a fun backpack I made up for the craft fair, actually I made 4 of them. They are fun for the holiday and easily hold a gift card or other little goodies :)
