My niece celebrated her 14th birthday in February and we are lucky enough to live close so we went over for the weekend. I used Duff Stuff fondant found at Micheal's (make sure you use a 50% off coupon if you have one) but this stuff works like "butta" in the cricut cake machine... I swear it cut super good with nice clean edges, I will never use marshmallow fondant again! Anyway the bird was cut at 4 inches from the Birthday Cakes cartridge and the hearts are various sizes, 2 or 2-1/2. I think the balloons were cut at 3.
We (my sister, her husband, my husband and I) thought we would get super creative and tried to steam the top like the "Cake Boss" does to make everything look shiny, we didn't want to hold it on there too long and ruin the whole thing so it ended up only working in certain areas.

Turned out pretty good, what do you think?

Ohh, I'm going to try Duff's. Wilton is horrible to play with. Atleast mine was. It wasn't cutting how Id like it to look. Thanks for the great tip!
