Congratulations with Paper Smooches- Blue

 So here is a blue version of the congratulations cards I made. You can see that post HERE. I used Close To My Heart inks in Chocolate, Heavenly Blue and Bamboo. Stamps are Paper Smooches Sentiment Sampler and Smarty Pants.
