Clear Stamps Challenge

Well here it is, seems like I'm late on everything the past couple weeks, sometimes a couple days, this time a few hours, I can't catch a break here. Anyway this is my card for the Clear Dollar Stamps Guest Designer Challenge, you had to follow a similar sketch so I chose to do it this way.

hat, cupcake and "happy birthday" images are clear dollar stamps
circles are from CRICUT and Plantin Schoolbook
patterned paper DCWV and Costco
cardstock is BazzillI love how it opens, after I was done I was thinking "this would be a really good "pocket" card, just adhere the bottom flap to the card and VOILA you would have the perfect spot for a gift card or some cash :-)

Bitten by the Bug Challenge

I know I'm a few days late on this but at least I finished it... right?

The challenge was to use the flower pot cut from A Garden of Words and since I don't have that cartridge I figured that Walk in my Garden must have one so I used it. The flowers are cut from Mini Monograms. All papers are from DCWV, buttons are Making Memories and Waxy Flax is from Scrap Works. Thanks for stopping by :) I used the June SHEETLOAD as well.

purse box with cards #3 and #4

Here are a couple more Purse's with matching cards. I will probably end up making a few more of these since they were so easy.
Supplies used are 1~ 8.5x11 colored cardstock
1~12x12 cardstock (which I didn't use all of)
1~ 12x12 patterned paper
3~8.5x11 white cardstock

Close up of the "just because" card. I used some bee buttons to go along with the stamp :)

Purse Box with Matching Cards

This is why I keep ALL my PaperCrafts magazines. As I was looking through some older ones the other day I came across this little recipe for this bag (it uses only 1 sheet of 8.5x11 cardstock) I immediately had to get it out and try one! Here is the 2nd one I made. I love the colors of this one, brown and light blue... Close up of some of the cards

Paint Can and Father's Day Card

I have had this paint can laying around for about a year and since we are about to have an action for our upcoming church activity I thought I would turn it into a fun "water" themed can. I bought an inexpensive towel and water bottle to go inside and also a box of candy :) This is a really quick and easy project. I covered my can with DCWV paper from the summer stack 2 years ago (the words and sand papers). I also used DCWV cardstock in Raspberry #1Up close of the lid, I used my CRICUT and the George cartridge for the circle and flowers and some Making Memories buttons for the centers.

Here is the card I made my husband for Father's Day, it was really easy as well :) and he loved it!

First welding with Design Studio Software

Yes I know, "how could this be my 1st welding?" well I did try once before but it was such a pain that I hesitated to even try again. I am so NOT computer friendly! Anyway I had been wanting to try again for about 2 months, I had even bought this new cartridge to try it with and I finally got the chance yesterday, WOHOO! I think it turned out pretty good. :)
Cartridges used are Alphalicious and Opposites Attract.

After seeing this post from the PINK STAMPER, I had to give it a try myself. I was so happy with the results I thought I would make a little video to show you all what I had done. Maybe it will be the 1st of many more videos to come?! sorry about the "popping" noise... ENJOY!

Chirper Challenge #17

This was the sketch we had to work from this round.
